• Source: URA EFRIS platform export (Outputs_27072026.xlsx, "EFRIS output"), extracted 27 Jul 2026. Coverage: "Pre-2019/20 (Undated)" column + FY2019/20-FY2025/26 (partial year); EFRIS was rolled out from 2019. The Undated column captures a small number of records (0.02%-0.56% of totals, by measure) that fall outside the fiscal-year date grouping in the source pivot export but sum exactly to its stated Grand Total; carried explicitly rather than dropped, for completeness. Total Invoices Issued has no data for FY2023/24 onward in the source export (blank = not available at extraction, not zero). The two breakdown tables were corrected from an earlier draft that mislabelled them "invoices issued" — their totals in fact match EFRIS registration counts, not invoice counts; see data_dictionary.
