Not reliable as a count of firms on Digital Tax Stamps: the series starts in FY2015/16, four years before stamps began in November 2019, reaches 46,611, and sits beside goods that carry no stamps. MoFPED's DRMS monitoring report (FY2022/23, Table 3.20) counts 925 firms on stamps in the first half of FY2022/23. It most likely counts excise taxpayers.
